Zen Cart - PesoPay Project

 http://www.emalling.com.ph/zencart

The project is to make payment modules for PayDollar and PesoPay. In this project, I have made 2 types of payment modules that can be integrated using Zen Cart platform:

1.) Client-Post Through Browser
2.) Direct-Client Side Integration

The first type of payment connection is for e-commerce sites that do not have SSL certificate. In this payment module, the store's customer is redirected to the payment form so that all the credit card information are placed in a secured page.

The latter, is a payment connection where in the store's customer is not redirected in the payment gateway's page. Since most of big stores can avail a SSL certificate, they prefer to gather the credit card information within their own page. As if they are directly connected in the bank.

The image on the right is the demo site I made for Toy Kingdom (The amazing toy store!) using a Zen Cart Platform.

Click the URL at the top if you want to see the said demo site.

If you want to see how the payment modules works at the back end, and if you want to test some payment on the test site, kindly click "Contact Me" so that I can provide you the username and password on the backend. I can also lend you the test credit card so that you can try if the payment module really works.

Aside from this, I am working on a new project for SM Advantage. I am trying to add a "pre-authentication" process in Zen Cart platform using AsiaPay's payment gateways: PayDollar and PesoPay.

Aside from Zen Cart, some sites made were from OS Commerce.

Samsung Disc Management System

URL not available

When I was in Samsung Electronics Philippines, me and one of my subordinates made a project that can get the actual inventory of discs in our department (Research and Development Division).

The project is intentionally made to monitor the exact quantity of stocks of discs available inside the Development Center. It solved the inaccuracy of data when making reports about the inventory of disc. This project was one of the best practices that we have made in Samsung.

We have made this project using Struts framework, Apache Tomcat, MySQL, JSPs, Java Servelets and JavaScripts.

I also have enrolled in UP-ittc (in UP-Diliman) for short course of J2EE web programming in order to finish this project.

The URL for this project is not available since it is only a local site within Samsung Electronics Philippines.

e-Card Sender Program

As one of the programmers of Asiapay Payment Technology Corporation, I was requested to make a personalized e-Card sender by our president: Mr. Joseph Chan.

I have made a program using Java OOP Language. To make the program more user-friendly, I have used Java Swing technology. I also made it into an installer package so that it can be easilly installed and run on Windows environment (since most computers will not run jar files easily). The main features of this e-Card sending program are:

It can only be use by Asiapay users.

It can read the recipient e-mails and recipient names from an Excel file.

It can send on 100 recipients per e-card sending.

It will not use 'BCC' when sending e-mails, instead it uses 'TO' to make it more personalized so that the mail will not be treated as SPAM mail.

The links above are the actual e-cards. The e-card images in this link can also be seen inside the sent mail. When the link in the e-mail is clicked, the sender and recipient name will also be displayed inside the page of the URL above.

The first link was used last December 2008 for Christmas and the second link was last February 2009 for the Chinese New Year.

Inquirer.net Pay Cart

One of the features in our system (in AsiaPay) is that we offer a pay cart system using our payment gateway.

Inquirer.net is the online newspaper of Philippine Daily Inquirer. Just like any other newspaper do, their web site is selling ad buttons and spaces on their web page.

To sell ad buttons, Inquirer.net decided to use Asiapay's pay cart system. In this system, Inquirer.net will not only have their own payment system, but they can also manage the product images, catalogs and other pay cart features as well.

The Pay Cart system that I have made uses JSP, Java Servlets and MySQL Database.

The URL of their pay cart is as follows:
https://www.pesopay.com/b2c2/project/asiapay/shopFront/12/300048/en_index.jsp?masterMerId=12&merchantId=300048&siteId=55&loc=en

Venture Fund Raising

Venture-Asia or Venture for Fund Raising is also one of the merchants of AsiaPay. In their web site, you can access the store by clicking the link that they have provided in the page.

The Pay Cart system that they have used is like in Inquirer.net, but instead of Ad buttons, they sell books.
In this cart system, I have used JSPs and Java Servlets connecting to MySQL Database.

The URL of their pay cart is as follows:

https://www.pesopay.com/b2c2/project/asiapay/shopFront/12/300054/en_index.jsp?masterMerId=12&merchantId=300054&siteId=56&loc=en

World Vision's Donation Page

http://worldvision.org.ph/sponsorachild.php

World Vision is a non-profit organization that focuses on children's welfare. Here in the Philippines, the donation can be made in several ways like: Credit Cards, Bank Checks and Bank Deposit.

In order to process online donation, World Vision Philippines became a client of AsiaPay Payment Technology Corporation (a leading electronic payment service, solution, and technology house in Asia).

As AsiaPay's Web Developer, I was in-charged to make their donation page. I have made the donation page using PHP scripting language and JavaScripts. I am also in-charge of the integration to connect it on PesoPay's payment gateway to process credit card transactions.

The transactions that can be made is not only a single-amount donation, but it can also process monthly, quarterly, or yearly recurring donations.
