Gayward S. Mendoza, E.c.E.

Gayward S. Mendoza is a Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in the Philippines (EcE License Number: 003261) . He was a scholar of Department of Science and Technology (DOST) during his college days in Bulacan State University in City of Malolos, Bulacan, Philippines.

He started his career in Mitsumi Philippines Inc. (in Mariveles, Bataan, Philippines) as a Sample Design Engineer where in he designed filters and coils for electronics components. After two and a half years, he left Mitsumi and continued his career in SAMSUNG Electronics Philippines (SEPHIL) (in Calamba City, Laguna, Philippines) as a SENIOR Research and Development (R&D) Engineer. While leading other eleven (11) engineers, he  managed to complete 4 models of Optical Disc Drives and made a 6 Sigma project that improves the write strategy tuning accuracy and efficiency of the project model from 50% to 80%. It is also in Samsung when he started his career as a programmer and developer. For a certain project called Disc Management System project, he and one of his subordinates developed a web site that can automatically get the inventory of discs in their department.

In order to finish the project he studied in Meralco Foundations Inc. (MFI) to learn the Java Programming Fundamentals. Then followed by his training in University of the Philippines - IT Traning Center (UP-ittc) for J2EE Web Programming.

After finishing the project, he left Samsung and decided to change his career into web developing and programming. He is now in ASIAPAY Payment Technology Corporation, a leading electronic payment service solution and technology house in Asia, (in Makati City, Philippines) as an Analyst Programmer.

He is specialized in integrating other company's web site to PesoPay payment gateway to process online payments. From simple donation pages to complex pay cart and e-commerce web sites, he can integrate it. He knows the 3 types of integration used in integrating web pages to process an online payment:

 1.) Client-Post Through Browser

2.) Direct Client Side Integration

3.) Direct Server Side Integration

He also acts as a lead coordinator between the Philippines acquiring bank and company's Payment Gateway in Hong Kong and also provides 2nd Level Application Support.

Aside from programming codes, Gayward loves to play guitars, listen to music, play badmenton, watching Anime, reading the bible, playing PSP games and dating friends after working hours.
